      •  Knead until well mix but not to a paste consistency.
      • If you are using meat, chicken, or fish then season it then spread the mixture and shape it into small round balls or round patties.
      •  Swallow a tablespoon of oil and spread it in a deep skillet and heat at moderate heat.
      •  Fry the falafel balls to a crisp, dark brown color.
    • Chickpea Curry

      • Ingredients:
        • 1 tablespoon olive oil
        • 1 onion, chopped
        • 2 cloves garlic, minced
        • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
        • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
        • 1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
        • 1 can (15 ounces) coconut milk
        • 1 cup vegetable broth
        • Salt and pepper to taste
      • Instructions:
        •  In a large pot heat olive oil over medium heat.
        •  Put onion and garlic into the pot and cook for 3 minutes or until soft.
        • Add cumin and turmeric and sauté for additional 1 minute.
        •  Reduce it over and afterward cut down the intensity: let the stew tenderly cook for another 15-20 minutes for the flavors to mix.
